Former operative Carl Burgess promoted to Elite's Assistant Manager.

Elite Maintenance is delighted to announce the promotion of Carl Burgess to the position of Assistant Manager.  

We were looking for an individual that understood the challenges operatives face daily, whilst also able to supervise jobs from beginning through to completion, and successfully liaise with our General Manager.

Previously an operative, Carl has been with Elite Maintenance for over 12 years and has demonstrated commitment and attention to detail required for the role and was able to prove he was the best candidate for the job.

Years of experience a great asset.

Utilising his experience working with many of the UK's largest house builders, Carl's awareness of our operative's day-to-day tasks and jobs has allowed him to make the seamless transition to the Assistant Manager position and is providing excellent backup to our General Manager, Paul Smith.

With a keen eye for detail, Carl is able to apply his prior knowledge as an operative to problem solve and find solutions for any situation that arises. He can remotely provide advice or actively visit any site, understand the scope of the situation and allocate work to the most appropriate operative.
