Elite Maintenance October News
NEW technology leading to increased efficiency.
During October, Elite Maintenance continued to invest in new technology and for the first time deployed a drone for roof inspections.
As no scaffolding was required, the productivity gained from mitigating scaffold erection and the associated Health & Safety considerations was unprecedented. The drone enabled Elite to acquire accurate aerial imagery of the roofs that previously would not have been accessible.
Reflecting Elite's commitment to providing efficient and innovative maintenance solutions, Managing Director, Andrew Orme said, "We have now used the drone on 3 separate occasions and they are ideal for roof inspections where time and space are at a premium. I can see this becoming a significant part of our business offering."
NEW equipment improving our service offering increasing accessibility.
As part of our continued effort to improve the speed of our service fulfilment, October saw Elite further increase our high-level property accessibility via the purchase of a truck-mounted, Isoli 21m access platform.
This platform comes equipped with dual pantograph boom configuration, enabling "up-and-over reach" allowing increased access for our operatives in addition to providing the ability to work at lower heights without dangerous tail projection into the path of passing traffic.

And finally, NEW operatives as a result of increased growth.
We are pleased to announce the appointment of 4 multi-trade qualified operatives to support our growing business and ensure our commitment to providing high service levels, even during growth, is unmatched.
October saw unprecedented growth for a single month as we welcome to our workforce Nino Bosckvic, Richard Taylor, Gary Morse and James Johnson; a ceramic tiler, plasterer, carpenter and painter and decorator.
Our new operatives have all settled in easily, producing quality work from day one. They were each handpicked due to their proven passion and commitment towards 100% customer satisfaction.
They're in good company.
