Job Description
Being in a customer-facing role with us is a little bit different than most businesses.
Our customers expect their homes to be of the highest standard, and you’ll make sure they are, by being on hand with answers and practical help.
Because of the things you’ll be dealing with we look, ideally, for construction or building experience. More importantly than that though, is your passion for quality and professionalism.
As a representative of our company who will be visiting customers in their homes, you will be expected to be courteous and polite at all times, a clean and tidy worker and be an excellent time-keeper.
What will I be doing?
You’ll be the face of our customer care. Making the most of your trade or construction background, you’ll fix the problem yourself or arrange with our office team and other tradespeople to resolve it.
Either way, you’ll make sure the work is completed speedily and to the highest quality. And you’ll only be happy when the customer is.
As one of our team of operatives, you will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to discuss and find solutions to problems as part of a very busy, fast moving business.
