Job Description
Elite carries out remedial and restoration works for major house builders, insurance companies and directly for the NHBC.
Being in a customer-facing role with us is a little bit different than most businesses.
Our customers expect their homes to be of the highest standard, and you’ll make sure they are, by being on hand with answers and practical help.
Because of the things you’ll be dealing with, ideally we look for construction or building experience. More importantly than that though, is your passion for quality and professionalism.
As a representative of our company, visiting customers in their homes, you will be expected to be courteous and polite at all times, a clean and tidy worker and be an excellent time-keeper.
What will I be doing?
You’ll be the face of our customer care. Making the most of your trade or construction background, you’ll fix each problem you discover yourself or arrange with our office team and other tradespeople to resolve it.
Either way, you’ll make sure the work is done speedily and to the highest quality. And you’ll only be happy when the customer is.
As one of our team of operatives, you will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to discuss and find solutions to problems as part of a very busy, fast moving business.
What skills do I need?
We’re seeking professional tradespeople with multi-trade background and skills including:
- General building.
- Carpentry.
- Plaster patching.
- Painting.
- Ceramic tiling.
- Heating & plumbing (desirable, but not essential).
